Carrier Selection and Processing Time
- The carrier for your order is automatically selected based on the shipping address provided and cannot be changed.
- Processing time does not include shipping time, which typically takes 1-7 days within the U.S, depending on location.
Estimated Delivery Window
- Upon checkout, you'll receive an estimated delivery window based on your shipping address and the item's processing time.
Shipping Fees
U.S. Customers
- To qualify for free shipping, your subtotal must be $25 (excluding tax and rush fees).
- For orders under $25, a flat rate of $3 applies.
International Shipping
- International customers can choose their preferred carrier and fee.
Shipping Restrictions
- Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding companies due to high correlation with fraudulent activity.
- Orders with freight forwarding companies as the shipping address will be canceled and refunded.
- Please use a residential or business address at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Contact the Carrier
- If you believe your package is lost or missing, contact the carrier after 2 hours of receiving the delivery notification.
Check Your Surroundings
- We recommend checking with neighbors, building managers, or leasing offices in case of misdelivery.
Damaged Packages
- Micro EarPlugs.Com is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier for concerns.
Expedited Shipping
U.S. Customers
- Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee of $10 per box shipped.
International Customers
- Expedited shipping via UPS and DHL is available for an extra fee.
Returns
- Refunds will be issued for items paid along with applicable taxes, excluding shipping and any rush fees. A restocking fee may apply.
Tracking My Order
- Tracking information can be found on the Order Progress page after the order has been shipped.
- Tracking may not be updated until 24 hours after shipment. Contact the carrier for delivery updates.
Changing Your Address After Ordering
- Contact us at info@microearplugs.com for address changes after ordering.
Shipping to Multiple Locations
- Currently, we can only ship to one address per order. Here are two workarounds:
- Make one order, then separate and ship items yourself after receiving the package.
- Make multiple orders and change the shipping address in your account for each order.
