Easy Exchange Process

  • Email Authorization: Exchanges can only be processed via Email Authorization. Simply send us an email to info@microearplugs.com within seven days of delivery to initiate the exchange process. 

Exchange Conditions

  • 🛑 Responsibility: If you've ordered the wrong size, color, or style, you'll need to ship the item back to our headquarters at 3812 Dutton Dr, Plano, Texas. 75023

  • ⚠️ Requirements: To be eligible for exchange, items must be unworn, in their original box, in impeccable condition, and with tags still attached. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items with any signs of wear, alterations, or missing tags.

  • 📬 Processing Fee: Please note that a $5 packaging and processing fee will be charged for all exchanges.

Wrong Item Received?

If we've mistakenly shipped you the wrong item, please accept our sincere apologies. We'll promptly send you a return label. Once the box has been scanned at the post office, inform us, and we'll swiftly dispatch the correct helmet to you.
