Can I Change or Cancel My Order? As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 1 hour of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

When Will My Order Be Processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse.

What If I need my Item Rushed with Expedited Shipping  📦

We offer expedited shipping for an additional $5 fee (which is added to your shipping fee).

Expedited shipping is only available for customers in the US, excluding US territories or APO/MPO addresses.

What If I Don't Receive My Order? You are eligible for a full refund if you receive a tracking number, and the carrier does not show proof of delivery within 30 days after shipping.
